We offer a full refund for orders returned within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
All returns MUST be in original unsoiled and undamaged packaging including all parts and components otherwise the returned item(s) may be rejected.
All returns will be at cost to the customer unless there is a problem with the item in which case we may uplift at our cost to resolve via a replacement or repair to the item.
All approved returns will be subject to a refund via the original mode of payment only and this will usually be processed within 3 working days.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14days of placing but can only do before the date in which the order has been dispatched. After this date you must follow our usual return policy.
If you believe an item has developed a fault we will try to troubleshoot the issue remotely, if we cannot resolve the issue we may collect the item for repair. If we cannot repair the item we will either replace or return the item. All faulty claims will be investigated thoroughly to rule out user error.
