KNX Integrator Remote Support (1 Day)

This is a service (not a product) which involves hiring one of our on-site system integrators to assist with technical queries on products and projects regardless of whether product has been purchased from us.

Please note, the minimum service is 1 Day regardless of whether it takes 1 hour or 8 hours to complete the scope. As the work is remote, there is a dependency on the condition of the install and so forth thus the service is chargeable regardless of whether your goals have been accomplished.
